This is a chain, but I was really impressed when the pharmacy called me 1 week after I started a new med to make sure it was working all right and to answer any questions. Giving the chance to ask things about a med in a more private setting (like a phone call) rather than on the floor of the store was a very nice touch, and I appreciate it. Thanks!
