  It wasn't allowed to leave the "stars" blank but if I could have sent the review with no stars I would have. I went to this store because my iPhone 5s was not working properly. I was met by a very unfriendly employee who seemed angry that I was even there. He did not tell me his name, I had to call later to find out who he was so that I could make a complaint. He said they were not able to help with any software problems and insisted the only thing I could do was make an insurance claim. He said I could do it on my own. I said I wanted to do it then so he very reluctantly did. He told me the only thing that I could get was an iPhone 6 which would likely be obsolete soon. Because I needed a phone I told him to go ahead. He rudely answered my questions and never asked if I wanted to upgrade. It was without question the worst customer service I have ever received anywhere, anytime for any product. I had to go to the Apple store right after this experience and mentioned to the store employee the problem I was having. He said it was a widespread problem and that Apple was aware of it and had already provided a fix to download. I did that and, presto, my phone was back in working order. I received my replacement phone today and plan to return to sender.
