  If I could I would rate this place 0 stars. I was in and picking up 2 items. But I had to use the restroom before shopping. This is where it all started... there was no paper towels to dry your hands with, there was toilet paper sitting on top of the paper towel dispenser. I collected my items and headed to check out. I was the next person in line and another person behind me. A sales person came up and started to check out the person BEHIND me... So I’m still waiting. I am at the counter now, I’ve been here before and my card didn’t work at this checkout station, even though it worked just before walking in to Staples doors. Well the same thing happened again but this time the sales woman said “I’m sorry, what do you want me to do about it?” So I decided to wait again to check out at the other station. She was all flustered because she had to void the transaction. So I get to the other checkout station and it’s my turn! (Finally) I put my items on the counter and he says “I’ll be right back I have to take this note to the other side of the store”. This right here is when I was DONE. I spend over 15 minutes in line due to other customer problems at the checkout stations. I left my items on the rack at the counter and left. I will NEVER be coming back I would rather drive 15 more minutes to go to a different office supply store
