I had ordered an eyebrow kit online, and it wasn't the right color for me, so I had gone intending to exchange it. It turns out that for whatever reason, the line that sold the kit didn't manufacture ones for my color. So they helped me to find similar items in a color that matched and discounted the items so that I could just even exchange! They definitely didn't need to do that, but I appreciate that they did.
