It's a huge decision, and Richard provided helpful advice without adding any pressure. My interaction with Richard has been just as fantastic - he helped me select my dream wedding band with ease.   Richard continues to provide excellent customer service, as he did throughout the entire custom design process. He listens, educates, and is patient and honest. His CAD designer is top in the industry, and Marsha is an incredible diamond setter, truly a master. The ring is absolutely stunning, and the new setting makes my diamond look amazing! The additional diamonds he chose are exquisite. It turned out better than I had pictured in my mind when I first described it to him. His pricing was within my budget (while competitors' quotes were well above), and it was completed ahead of schedule. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
