  I called 9 days before my event and asked how far in advance I need to place my order for TWO numbered balloons. They told me they don't take phone orders, totally understand and added going into the store to my errands list. Went into the store and waited in line to speak to a cashier to place my order. I said I would like to place a balloon order for next Saturday (1 week in advance) and told them what I would like to order. They told me they are out of one of my numbers, so I asked when they would be getting more in and if they would have them by next Saturday. They looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign language and told me they don't know what is in their orders until they arrive. I proceeded to ask how I'm supposed to order two balloons if I can't do it over the phone, I come into the store and you can't tell me if you will have a number available and you don't take walk-ins on Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's when my event is on a Saturday? Blank stares. I left and went to another store and was able to place my order in no time at all. Who knew ordering 2 balloons could be such a big task?
