  BEWARE!!! It took their workroom 4 tries and 4 1/2 months to finally get my drape/valance order right! Also, their so-called professional consultant's advice cost me having to replace her suggested sheers which were hideous.

  Initial meeting was very professional and the demonstration of different options available to us was fantastic! When it can to installation the service was great. The installer showed up earlier then scheduled after calling to see if that would be ok. Once he arrived he explained what and how he would be completing the installation. He worked extremely hard and did a fantastic job and was very neat and clean with his workspace. I would recommend OSD to anyone.
