  All of the staff have been fantastic to deal with every time we have been there. Recently we made several different trips trying to decide on new cabinet door hardware. We dealt with 4 different staff members during the process. Each person was helpful and friendly. We had to special order the items we wanted and as promised, they arrived when expected. Where can you go and take cabinet hardware to evaluate and not put a deposit down? There is a reason why these people have been in business for a long time. They know how to treat people and their prices are better than any box store. We have used Locks and Pulls for 15+ years and have never been treated poorly. I do not typically give reviews, but after seeing others giving poor feedback, I thought I would shed some light on our most recent experience.
