  Waited in line for 15 minutes to return a small item. Had a line of 2 or so in front of me and 5 or so more people behind me. The manager (Kyle) had to approve nearly everything which results in the customers waiting while he goes and chit-chats with the employees. That means the cashier is just there to press buttons and not actually empowered to take returns, silly. Asked the manager to open another return line, he said it was not possible and even he couldn't do that. Weird, he's the one approving the returns. The total uncaring nature of the people working there (especially the managers) makes me sad for them because they obviously aren't happy. The customers notice...I won't be going back.

  Clean, low prices, huge selection & beautiful Christian music playing instead of the garbage in most stores. Loved everything about it, especially that they're closed on Sundays!
