  Went in because I was visiting KC for a conference and thought I would pick up two Skandia shelves rather than have them shipped. Also, there was a 25% sale on shelving. When I showed the sales associate which two I needed, she checked and told me that the store no longer keeps Skandia items on the premises and they would have to come to the store on next week’s truck, well after I have gone home. I am posting two stars instead of one because the clerk was very helpful in getting me this information. But what’s the point of having a store if it takes as long for items to get to it as it does to have them shipped to my house?
