  Just bought a new Samsung 75" TV and new Hewitt Packard Computer for my home. The purchase went smoothly and professionally, the geek team set it all up at my home and it's amazing. I couldn't be happier with how it all went & would highly recommend Best Buy to anyone. I got the 5 year warranty and was very happy with the men & women who helped me set it all up in my home. I am really enjoying my new purchases and with a large investment like this, you want a professional, knowledgeable team to help and that's exactly what I got. Great Job to Best Buy in Overland Park, KS --- I also want to thank my salesman, WILL, in the TV dept who spent most the morning answering all my questions and showing me all the many TV choices. He was wonderful, fun and very knowledgeable. I'd buy from him again every time, he was wonderful. With electronics I expect some little problems, because that is usual. There were a couple of problems, but BEST BUY worked with me to correct things, make it right and find the problems quickly. I was extremely helpful but in this work of electronics, you can't expect perfect! I got almost perfect though!!! I'm very thrilled and happy with my purchases & I would buy there again in a heart beat!! 65 year old single woman, who just retired and Best Buy is helping me enjoy my retirement to the fullest..Thanks again, Best Buy, you made my dreams come true. P.S. My computer purchase was an open box, which also saved me several hundred dollars!!!
