The folks there, Miles and Levi, in particular, were super helpful and pleasant. It was easy to make an appointment online and the whole experience was fast and efficient. My iPhone 6 is like new and worth the few extra dollars to get it done by Batteries Plus instead of waiting days at the Apple store. Thank you!
